Education verification - Are you hiring this individual based on their education? Did you take their word that they got their degree? Did you assume that George Washington meant George Washington University not George Washington High School? The highest degree will be verified for accuracy this includes GPA, school, and graduation date. Additional information may be queried depending on the availability of the data from the institution.

Employment verification - Companies hire based on employment history but the application may not list why the employee left, or what their real job responsibilities were. This information is easily falsified on applications or left blank for information that may be derogatory to the individual. We contact each employer to verify the accuracy of the information provided on the application. An interview is performed with the employer using a standard set of questions. Questions may be added or removed at your discretion.

Professional reference verification - Peers often give information about their peers without knowledge that the information might be damaging to that person in a particular way. Each reference will be interview using a set of questions defined by you or our standard set of questions may be used.

Social Security Number verification - Is your prospective employee using his Social Security Number, or was it made up or stolen? We verify that the social security number presented to you is in fact on record and assigned to the applicant.
